By selecting one of the views below, the genes in selected
organisms involved in selected DNA repair processes will be shown.
1) By organism:
Allows selection of an organism, and then shows all DNA
repair processes identified that organism.
Furthermore, a process may be selected, for which all genes
involved will be shown.
2) By process:
Allows selection of a DNA repair process, and then shows all genes involved in that process from all organisms.
3) Overview of DNA repair processes in
selected organisms:
Gives an overview of all DNA repair processes
and corresponding genes in Archaeoglobus fulgidus, Drosophila
melanogaster, Escherichia coli, Homo sapiens and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
In the next version of repairGenes, it will be possible to select
specific levels in the different pathways,
and in that way narrow your search for similarities within either
homology or functionality between different proteins/genes.
